Customer Reviews
Got some nice Rhum
So I was looking for some Rhum, and found this site. Never ordered spirits from here before, but figured I'd give it a shot. Got a bottle and it showed up in about a week. Packaging was really secure, like, no way that bottle was breaking. The Rhum itself was pretty good, tasted exactly like I hoped. Easy enough to order, no complaints.
Decent Champagne arrived fast
Got a Champagne Brut. It arrived in 4 days, well-packed. Quality was good for the price. No issues.
Good selection, slow delivery
I ordered a few bottles of Vin de Bourgogne last month. The selection was quite good, I found exactly what I was looking for. Prices were competitive, especially since I bought a case and got the prix dégressifs. Packaging was solid, everything arrived intact. However, the delivery took 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long compared to other international shippers. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, a decent experience, but I hope they can speed up the shipping times.
Reliable for French wines
This was my third order from Vinothèque du Léman, and as usual, they were reliable. I picked up some Vin de Provence and a few bottles of Vin du Sud-Ouest this time. Their range of French wines is consistently excellent, and the descriptions are always spot on. I appreciate that the pricing is straightforward; the bulk discounts are always a good deal. Shipping was about a week to Texas, which is pretty standard for them. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they always deliver good quality wine without any fuss. It's my go-to for these specific regions.

How do these guys compare to Vinatis or Millésima? Anyone have experience with both?
Is this site legit? Never heard of them before but they have some wines I'm interested in.
Does Vinothèque du Léman ever do free shipping? Or is it always an added cost?
What's the deal with returns if a bottle arrives broken? Has anyone had to deal with that?
Are their 'Grands Crus Classés' actually genuine? Or are there fakes floating around like on some other sites?
